Stick Shift Knob (for Sim)
thingiverse
This design is a Stick Shift Knob tailored to fit most sim racing setups with ease. It fits perfectly on my Logitech G920, and I added a hole in the back for a metal screw to ensure a snug fit even when tightening is required. The knob feels great in the hand, especially when wrapped in sewn fabric like I did. Check out my website at https://www.mattiatbutera.com for a more detailed explanation or visit my Instagram page at https://www.instagram.com/mtb_3d/ to see more of my projects. If you plan to wrap it with fabric, follow these steps and/or watch this video: * Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KamEc8Fi87Y&t=2342s 1. Gather 3 pieces of fabric or leather. 2. Cut them to the size of each face on the knob, ensuring all edges can touch. 3. Sew a 2mm-3mm stitch around each piece from the edge. 4. Attach each piece to the corresponding face on the knob using tape or glue. 5. Sew the edges together by threading through the previous stitch in a zigzag pattern. 6. Cut a hole in the back for the screw if necessary. 7. Put it on, and you're done!
