For FDM printing, use the sleeve-adjusted models with an extra 0.4mm in diameter for easy nut installation, or the plainly-adjusted models with a 1mm allowance for shrinkage. This design is a remix of WRX Shift Knob by WillsWorld and Dingoboy71, customized in Fusion 360 with hand measurements from the original print. Required hardware includes an M12 x 1.25 Nylock nut, six M3 x 35mm (or 40mm) hex bolts or cap screws, and six M3 x 0.5mm Nylock nuts; super glue or epoxy is also necessary. Dingoboy71 recommends using Nylock nuts and advises careful selection of Loc-Tite variant to avoid permanent car damage.
