Stethoscope directional cone for engine noise finding

Here is the rewritten text. Very simple 30mm cone works great for plugging into a cheap stethoscope set bought online (like $5). The stethoscope comes with a doctor-type diaphragm pickup, but I found it lacking when finding noisy bearings on my car's accessories. So I replaced it with this simple cone which performs better. Even individual injectors can be heard ticking away individually with it. No science was put into the design, and that works out just fine.
