Stern Mandalorian Ramp Supports

Stern Mandalorian Ramp Supports

Friends have the Mandalorian Pinball machine, made by Stern, and have had ramp failures due to the ramp braking where the right plastic ramp changes/supports the metal. I created this fix to help add some additional support to the area. It should 'cradle' the bottom piece. To install it, first place behind the lip of lower plastic then swing it up to slot over the top left/right edges of the ramp. The ramp right side mounting hole should align (and end on top) if installed correctly (see images). I suggest printing with it with the hole flange area pointed up. Supports will only be needed for the section that goes behind the ramp plastics (bottom of the 'U' in the print). Save yourself the cost of an all new ramp and use this cheap print to either KEEP you ramp from breaking or save your old ramp, glue the broken piece back on and then add this fix. You can thank me with your tips, due to saving all that cash for a new ramp. :) UPDATE: Added center ramp fix as well. May need slight modification for the metal ramp to sit on it properly. I just used a file to notch where it sits since this will vary slightly per machine.
