Sterilite Gasket Box Latch

<p>This is a replacement latch for a Sterilite Gasket Box. The ones I own are 54qt (51L), but from looking at pictures of other Sterilite gasket boxes, I think this latch is used on multiple models. It fits pretty tightly (tighter than the original) but it does work. A bit of superlube on the posts helps a bit. Feel free to experiment if you have a better idea. I printed it with 25% grid infill using PLA+, but I actually think it would be better to use more infill and maybe gyroid. Unfortunately I didn't really get a great print to take a picture of, so the pictures are a bit ugly, but it isn't anything to do with the model. I've never printed with PLA+ before, and I haven't spent any time dialing in this filament, so it's probably my own incompetence.</p></div></p> </p></p></p> Category: Containers
