Sterilite Dry Box Washers
thingiverse
I made a few extra washers for my dry box connections, just in case they're needed. There are five different types of washers: Three have specific names based on their shape and where they go: 1. Dry box bracket washer - this one fits the spool mount bracket's profile. 2. Dry box hex washer - this fits into the hex holes where the nuts sit. 3. Dry box round washer - this is for the outside of the box, covering screw heads. And two more types that might be useful: 1. Dry box bracket washer full - same as regular but with no hole in the middle. 2. Dry box small round washer - an alternative to the hex washer. I printed these on my Dremel 3D45 using Verbatim Primalloy white flexible filament, which can be a bit tricky. Since they're so small, I set my print speed to 30mm/s for all parts of the print job: infill and travel speeds too; no retraction is needed; my bed temperature was 45C and nozzle temperature was 220C; layer height was 0.2mm and either 0% or 100% infill, depending on the washer. Occasionally bumping up filament flow to 110-125% helps as well. The oozy flexible filament tends to leave gaps or holes, especially when printing multiple washers at once - at least that's what I've found with my printer and this type of filament. The hex washer originally had a round hole in the center but that made the travel path very strange trying to fill in the odd shape. Changing it to a hex-shaped hole allowed me to print it basically with three full shells and no infill at all. Your mileage may vary, though - I did 100% infill on the bracket washer and lots of shells with no infill on the smaller washers.
