The original design worked fine, but I decided to give it a makeover by making some improvements:\r\n\r\n1. I increased the diameter of the "nubs" at each end to 4.8mm, which eliminated slop and tightened the overall height's tolerance for a snugger fit.\r\n2. I extruded the "latch" mechanism/curve by .5mm, which further tightened the overall height's tolerance, resulting in a perfect fit. By my calculations, that's a .9mm tighter grip than the original model.\r\n3. I curved the 2 long edges of the flat part for a more ergonomic feel (this could be improved upon, but it was my first attempt at curving edges).\r\n4. I rotated the model so it's ready to print on the bed.\r\n\r\nI printed it with support only under the "nubs".\r\nYou might get away without any supports, I haven't tried yet. \r\nI used a brim for safe measure; if you trust your adhesion, you could print without.\r\n\r\nI'm thrilled with the results and hope you enjoy it as much as I do. It gives that satisfying "pop" when it goes into place. I added these too, which all together make for a really solid seal
