This is the simplest and quickest way to print a dry storage box I can imagine. It holds 3 spools, and all you need are a few basic supplies: Superglue, two prints of the SteriliteHolder.stl file, one Sterilite 20Qt gasket box available everywhere - target.com/p/sterilite-20-qt-gasket-box-clear-with-blue-latches/-/A-15066036, amazon.com/Sterilite-19324306-Gasket-Aquarium-Latches/dp/B00H1PS2TS, walmart.com/ip/Sterilite-20-Quart-Gasket-Box-with-Clear-Base-and-Lid-6-Pack-19324306/633637534, and so on. You'll also need a 1/4 inch or 6mm rod, 14 inches or 35 cm long - homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-1-4-in-x-48-in-Plain-Steel-Round-Rod-801587/204273972, amazon.com/Brass-Round-Favordrory-Diameter-Length/dp/B07H1FC42W. Optional supplies include a push fit connector and tube - amazon.com/SIQUK-Fittings-Straight-Pneumatic-Connector/dp/B07FPJHRTQ, desiccant. Assembly is straightforward: Measure your rod and cut it to length with a hacksaw or whatever means you need. Apply glue to your printed parts and stick them to either end of the box. Keep them in place with a piece of tape while the glue dries. It's crucial they are roughly level and upright. Drill a hole through the box and screw in your push fit connector, if desired.
