This setup serves as a testing ground for fine-tuning stereo vision capabilities using the Raspberry Pi Compute Module Development Board. The platform boasts mounting holes designed to secure the development board itself, two camera adapters, and two cameras into place. To achieve an unobstructed installation, cameras are mounted upside-down by default; however, users can easily reverse this setup with software adjustments to accommodate a sleeker configuration. Camera lens spacing measures 65mm, a standard dimension mirroring human pupillary distance.
