Stereo speaker bi wiring terminal
thingiverse
This is a DIY terminal upgrade kit designed specifically for bi-wiring stereo speakers. One of my Dali speaker terminals had malfunctioned (visible in one of the accompanying images), prompting me to measure its dimensions and craft a replacement part. The new terminal requires support during printing, which can be a challenge even for experienced users, but in this case, it was particularly tricky to remove due to improper support structure design. Fortunately, the affected area is located on the interior of the speaker. I opted for the following slic3r settings: 50% infill density, a Pillars pattern with 10mm spacing and 1 interface layer at 50% XY separation.
