Here's the stepper gear I demonstrated on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JcfUoUDpeoA. Although it might not function optimally under load, its popularity warrants sharing. To improve its design, a rewrite may be necessary as it is pie-sliced rather than monolithic, making it more suitable for cutting with an end mill. Enjoy!
