Stepper upgrade for Kysan DC extruders

The design is currently untested, so I have decided to release it early. It's a simplified version of Thing #4824, featuring a single extra 606 bearing and reduced plastic waste. The mount has been changed from NEMA 17 to Kysan gearmotor for compatibility with MK3, MK4, MK5, or Brutstruder. Due to clearance issues, it's recommended for use with a Brut or MK5. To assemble, print the gearedsteppermount.stl, small.stl from Thing 4824, and large.stl from Thing 4824. Attach stepper to plate with M3x8mm bolts, gear to stepper and M6 bolt per Thing #4824 instructions, and finally attach plate to brut with M3x35mm bolts and nuts.
