Mount a fan (40x40x10) and a heatsink (40x40x11) for Nema17 stepper motors with precision. Securely snaps into place without any hassle. For optimal performance, apply thermal paste between the heatsink and stepper motor to ensure better heat dissipation. High-temperature plastics like PETG or ABS are recommended due to direct contact with the stepper motor. I personally used ABS with great results. No supports needed for a smooth print. To secure the fan to the mount, you'll need 3mm nuts (x4) and M3x15mm screws (x4). If you have any questions, feel free to comment below. Update: The initial design had a tight fit for the heatsink, causing slight bending of the arms, which resulted in a loose assembly. However, this issue has been resolved with a revised design.
