To ensure a seamless fit, the holes are deliberately printed slightly undersized, necessitating a drilling operation to complete them properly. I utilize this reliable metric drill bit set from Amazon with excellent results. Print Settings: Rafts: Strictly not used Supports: Definitely omitted in favor of smooth surfaces Resolution: Precise settings achieved via a 0.5mm Nozzle, boasting incredible layer accuracy of 0.1mm Infill: A balanced filling percentage of 25% strikes the ideal balance between strength and weight Notes: This part was expertly sliced using Cura 15 software on a bespoke hand-built Prusa i3 FDM printer.
