I originally designed a metal bracket for my printer, but it transmitted too much motor noise to the printer's frame. I created this new version to address that issue and it succeeded in reducing the higher frequency vibrations. It works perfectly for maintaining a low profile when used on the Y-Axis, but could potentially be utilized in other applications as well.
