This gear was designed as a replacement for a broken wooden one in a Techzone Laser-cut Wooden Mendel Kit. Made from 1/16" plastic, photos show damaged wood gears alongside new plastic wafers. Assembled stack on motor shaft is also displayed. Before laser cutting, double-sided tape was applied to hold pieces together. Central hole size was tested for compatibility with shaft and material type. With used material, the stack proved rigid and immovable after a few layers.
