I designed this piece to snap onto the edge of a 1mm thick sheet of plexiglass, which serves as a door for my printer enclosure. By printing multiple copies of these corner pieces and combining them with similar straight pieces for the top and bottom edges, I'm able to give the thin plexiglass some much-needed rigidity. This particular piece features a stepped overlap that allows me to attach foam for a secure seal in the center where the doors meet. The gap where the foam will go is precisely 5mm wide.
