The metric test print I've utilized repeatedly to check the dimensional accuracy of my printers serves multiple purposes. To validate its effectiveness, I recommend printing the model with your preferred settings and testing the ring against a cylinder. For instance, if the ring slides onto the 26mm section of the cylinder effortlessly, it indicates that the inside diameter of the ring is approximately .25mm undersized, while the cylinder itself has expanded to be roughly .25mm too large. By applying this margin for error, you can correct any discrepancies in your printer's (inadvertent or intentional) dimensional tolerance settings.
