I've got a test print that I've relied on time and again to gauge my printers' dimensional accuracy. Print using your chosen settings and test the ring against the cylinder to verify its precision. If, as an example, the ring comfortably sits on the 0.96" portion of the cylinder, that indicates the inside diameter of the ring is 0.02" shorter than it should be while the cylinder itself is 0.02" oversized. This .02" discrepancy can then serve as a vital adjustment to account for any variations in your printer's tolerances.
