Print with 100% infill and a white filament works very well - transparent filament sometimes does too - but don't bother trying dark filament. After printing, hold it up to the light. It's based on this image: http://people.com/human-interest/stephen-hawking-dead/ The file is quite large, so don't be surprised. The preview in the photo looks a bit noisy because my build platform is actually a PCB with holes. This means that the bottom of my prints has lots of dots which need some post-processing - and on the photo it hasn't been done yet.
