In honor of Dr. Stephen Hawking, a man who left an indelible mark on the world. Unfortunately, I never had the chance to meet him in person. For those who share my admiration for this extraordinary individual, I'm dedicating this text to his memory. Regular cookie cutters are designed for cutting cookies that are 1cm (10mm) thick. For thinner cookies, a 5mm cutter is recommended. Before using either size, make sure the surface is well-floured and consider spraying it with a non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking. After use, wash the cutters with warm soap and water. However, please note that they are not dishwasher safe. This cookie cutter is perfect for use with a variety of cookie recipes, including those found on Sally's Baking Addiction website.
