<p>A large Knotted vase. 110mm in diameter, 177mm total height.<br/> With the right settings it should be watertight.</p> <p>There are two versions:<br/> Full - This version is for single material machines. It has been optimized for printing on single extrusion machines.</p> <p>Inner &amp; Outer - These are meant to be printed together on a multi-material printer. The Outer object could be printed on a single extrusion machine and used as a more decorative vase.</p> <p>Geeky Faye was my inspiration for this. Go see her cool vase and other prints <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/social/60410-geeky-faye">https://www.prusaprinters.org/social/60410-geeky-faye</a></p> <p>Update 25-8-2020: I made some slight modifications to improve printability.</p> <p>Update 26-8-2020: I created a smaller version as scaling doesn't work very well for these types of models.<br/> The size is 81mm diameter and 128mm tall. The pillars and wall thickness have been increased slightly, and there are a few minor cosmetic changes.</p> <p>Feel free to ask for modifications and I will see if I can accommodate (next i'll probably do a cutout on the bottom for a LED).</p> <p>Update 08-11-2020: updated to a V2 version. This has a more substantial base and some fixes I've been meaning to do. The larger vase will eventually be modified to accommodate a LED, and include a removable base (battery powered lamp!)</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>I printed it at 60mm/s with Slic3r, auto extrusion width and 0.3mm layer height and 100% cooling. You need to have your extrusion rate calibrated very well.</p>
