I designed it from aluminum, but it should work just as well with 100% infill PLA or ABS plastic. You'll need a M20x1 screw tap to get started. Four KGT 10x3 FGR RH S A G Eichenberger Carry Nuts are required. To ensure they fit properly, you must grind the carry nuts down by 0.5 mm at the bottom when they're screwed tightly into place, aligning them with the outer bearing points. With these adjustments, it functions flawlessly - nearly zero backlash is noticeable. Have fun experimenting.
