This is a meticulous part-by-part assembly of a step-down transformer under 50 kVA specifications. Strategically arranged in three layers, insulation surrounds the windings, utilizing multiple laminated sheets for added protection. Each component has been carefully attached and secured. A detailed animation of the assembly process was created using Solidworks Visualize, mirroring the precision used in all renders. The Buccholz relay, radiators, explosion vent, and breather have all been securely fastened. Inside the oil tank, the air cell conservator is precisely fitted, accompanied by an accurate oil gauge for monitoring purposes.
