Stencils for Protective Face Shield (Work in progress)

Note: Added new 245mm and 0.8mm thickness stencils for top and bottom, as there was a bit of shrinkage. Fusion 360 file v4 with these new dimensions is also added These stencils should help cut the clear plastic shield to the correct size, so it can be applied to the Protective Face Shield. you will need a clear plastic sheet 240x240mm and 0.5mm thickness, as recommended for the Protective Face Shield. "top_stencil" is a guide for the top holes. slide one end into the guide and you can then use a drill to create the holes (size of the holes is 5.5 x 7.5mm) use the "bottom_stencil" for the bottom three holes As the print area of the MK3 is too short for a 240x240mm frame, I split the frame into two pieces. Base is split top/bottom and cover is split left/right The base has seven knobs to fix the sheet with the prepared holes. place the sheet with the prepared holes onto the base and fix it with the cover which has seven holes that fit over the base knobs. now you can cut the overhanging plastic sheet off. Note: this is a first draft and has not been tested (waiting for a shipment of sheets). I have added the Fusion360 design for further improvements and remixes Print instructionsthe .stl files for the top and bottom stencil have been rotated 30° so that it will fit onto the bed of an MK3/S
