My work has been using stickers for shipping decals. However over time, these sticker would fall off, especially when used on wooden crates. Instead of purchasing a separate stencil machine or ordering stencils, we have a 3D printer so used that instead. With a 0.15 Layer height and PETG material, it's flexible enough to handle and thin enough for the roller to make contact without excessive pressure with the roller. When sliced, the main body will have 3 layers for the flexibility yet keeps it's form. The top area is for a bubble level so that the shipping/receiving person will apply the stencil level. it's for a 1" Length, 3/8" OD level. I used Scotch-Weld/Super Glue to adhere this to print.
