Stem for sink plug spare part (Franke CBL851) - Tige Evier Bonde

This is a spare part replacement for the stem of a sink plug. The original stem was in plastic and broke in a few months. Most of the stem of the brand Franke are metallic but this one is plastic and has a notch to switch between open and closed position only with simple pressure on the plug. This one reproduces the broken part and fits perfectly to the sink. It is still as much as fragile as the original one. Edit (01/05/2020): as the original design was still fragile, I also added a stronger design with a central spine and four little flaps. This design has also a real thread that fits the tip (I learned how to use Fusion360 thread function :)) Print Settings Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 100% Notes: Place the stem vertically (screw to the bottom), and use "Touching build plate" support parameter in Cura. You may also use 100% infill to make it more solid (especially for the screw) Category: Replacement Parts
