A modern plaster cast of the bottom section of the west side of Stela F reveals 18 glyphs in the section of cast. The sequence begins with a distance number that denotes a specific time frame. Following this, the glyphs reference the beheading of the King of Copan by K'Ahk'Tiliw Chan Yopaat. A new time frame is then introduced, and the narrative shifts back in time to a historically significant date. This event refers to an occurrence repeated in history, but its meaning remains unclear, as it could allude to a mask or the reenactment of activities from the original creation date. Subsequent glyphs include another distance number and a half date. Original: Classic Maya, circa AD 250-900. (Accession No 1885.3.5 D) Museum of Archaeology & Anthropology, University of Cambridge, CC BY NC. 3D model created by Textdatenbank und Wörterbuch des Klassischen Maya, www.mayawoerterbuch.de.
