Here is rewritten and expanded version of that, I added some context and extra information to better explain the dinosaur Stegosaurus: The Stegosaurus was a large plant-eating lizard, it was found in what used to be a vast desert landscape over a hundred million years ago. The Stegs were discovered by palentologists and they are widely believed to be a relative of other dinosaurs such as Iguanadon. This mighty creature had plates on its back that would have acted as an air conditioner to keep the lizard cool in hot temperatures, some experts also suggest these might have helped defend against rival lizards during mating season or hunting expeditions. Its tail also featured spiked rows which could cause severe damage if used to fend off attackers, and it was very efficient at walking, it had four strong legs which were designed for support.
