This remix allows for easy adaptation of Johann's Kossel extruder, making it parametric and enabling the use of different spur gears or pulleys. Download the OpenSCAD file instead of the STL file to generate a customized extruder that meets specific needs. The user can easily modify parameters in the OpenSCAD file to customize their extruder, such as the diameter of the pneumatic fit screw. One convenient feature is the ability to choose whether to print an extra mounting bracket or not. Available parameters for modification include: new_rad - radius of pulley or spur gear pn_rad - radius of pneumatic fit screw pi_rad - additional radius for pulley or spur gear indent pi_h - height of pulley or spur gear indent hmount - enables (1) or disables (0) the mounting bracket Once these parameters are modified, a customized extruder ready to use with desired gears is generated.
