I'm building a pedal car for my little boy and I needed to replace the worn-out shaft. Instead of welding and refitting the original one, I decided to create this new one from scratch. It's designed to be modular so the hub can be adjusted to fit tightly in place. The steering wheel has an outer diameter of 7.5 inches or 190.5 millimeters. This pedal car uses four millimeter cap screws for assembly.
