This wheel is built from the ground up but is very much a copy of the original by wagnerstechtalk in terms of dimensions and basic features . The main difference is that it is a zero support build for a better finish, the trade off is you have to print two parts.There is an optional 3rd part which is the decal. It fits in a hole 60mm wide and 3mm deep, which should make it easy for people to craft their own and create a custom wheel.The two parts snap together, I haven't needed glue on mine, but you might? The snap is pretty tight and a bit of a puzzle. If you don't like puzzles you may need an file.The design is super easy to print and should work without support or raft in whatever material you like on any printer that works.
