The total weight of the fasteners is 1.8 kg and the pinion and rack are based on MISUMI's products. The pinion and rack modulus is 2, with 19 pinion teeth. The distance between the eyes is 399.31 mm. Materials used include S45C steel for the pinion and rack, 7075-T6 for the steering shafts, SKF 6204 bearings for the steering shaft bearings, and a 3D-printed bearing cover. The center shell is made of 6061-T6 aluminum, while the rack shell is constructed from EasyComposite roll-wrapped carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) tube. GHT 20/32 linear bearings are used, with a shell material of 6061-T6 aluminum. The tightness adjustment material is PTFE, and it is recommended to use M8*1.25 rod-ends.
