This is just a basic spacer to fit the steering knuckles on the Cragsman. The spacers are used when running a high steer setup, where the steering tie-rod sits on top of the knuckles for improved ground clearance. Two spacers are needed per vehicle, with one required for each steering knuckle. The side that connects to the servo link will need a longer bolt.
