Steering knuckle Power Wheels Ninja
thingiverse
The right-hand steering knuckle from Power Wheels Ninja Quad's steering linkage assembly (p/n 74110-9239) is replaceable, although it might not be an exact match. The replacement has been designed with added thickness and width for enhanced strength. An installation photo is available for comparison purposes between the old and new knuckles. However, after some use, I found that this part was still not robust enough and had to create a stronger version. Check the "remixes" section for more details about the improved steering knuckle. My son's Ninja Quad experienced a breakdown, which led me to design and print a replacement part for the steering knuckle. The installation process involved removing the left axle assembly, drilling out the rivet connecting the knuckle to the steering linkage, attaching the new knuckle with a screw, nut, and loc-tite in place of the rivet, and finally reinstalling the axle and wheel. Alternatively, you can purchase replacement steering linkages online for around $11 (including both left and right knuckles and linkage with rivets installed). However, if you decide to print your own part, remember that I have since remixed it to make it even stronger. You can find these enhanced versions in the "remixes" section. The part was successfully printed at 50% fill, but after several weeks of driving and some big crashes, it too broke. So, remember to check out the updated, more robust version for better durability.
