Steering console bloodhound SSC

The central housing in my design stays stationary as steering arms rotate around it. A digital display is included to show vital data. In high-speed applications, straight steering arms are typical. To ensure easy access, the two chute deploy buttons are positioned on top of the handles. For power ignition/increase and shut off, 'paddle shift'-like levers are used on the right side; the left lever activates air brakes. Although elaborate, this design can be simplified.
