This is a spacer for the steering column of the Mazda Autozam AZ-1/Suzuki Cara.  It moves the steering up and the right for more leg room. You will need to also purchase two (2) hex-head screws 8Mx1.25 by 30-40mm length and two (2) flared hex-nuts or locknuts at 8Mx1.25.
