Steerer tube cutter. I used it to make a straight clean cut at the right height on my carbon fork. Best used while the stem is mounted – add eventual spacers you want on top, put this on and saw with the slit as a guide. 2mm before the slit, so should do with a 5mm spacer on top. Print with supports.
