Steelcase welded caster pin adapter

UPDATE: WARNING: this part will probably break after a couple weeks - learned that the hard way

Some old Steelcase office chairs have caster pins that are welded into the base, instead of having sockets on the base to connect standard chair casters that already have pins. Crandall Office Furniture made a helpful comment about this here: https://old.reddit.com/r/OfficeChairs/comments/jf46yi/steelcase_leap_v1_casters_type/gadmn5x/

This adapter fits onto the pins on the base of the chair and provides a socket to connect a standard caster to. To install them, first press the caster's pin into the larger hole on the adapter on the side with the chamfered edge. Note that it is very difficult to remove the caster from the adapter once you install it. Then, just remove the old wheel from the chair and install the new caster and adapter onto the peg (the peg goes into the smaller hole).

To improve part strength, I printed this in PETG at 0.2mm layer height, 4 perimeters, and 3D honeycomb infill. I set infill to 15% but you might want to increase that.
