This is a mount for having a headrest on Steelcase office chairs, this chair is a classic in econometrics but most don't have headrests. This sturdy mount can be screwed (with wood screws-M5x20) directly in the plastic back. The mount has a 37x18mm hole with an inner nut for squeezing the headrest pipe with a M8 screw. There is a good reason those chairs don't have a headrest and this is because the headrest in fact weakens neck muscles, so I adapt the headrest height to work only when the chair is reclined (for a 1.76h user). The hole, the angle, and the height of the month must be adapted for your specific case, this is why I attached a .stp file.
