I designed this sheet organizer to make some room on my shelves and for the contest. I was inspired by others sheet organizers namely the "Expandable Steel Sheet Holder" by Whitey but I lack the undercounter space for that design so I designed to fit into a corner wall with sheets moveable like pages of a book.

Print instructions

It should be printed in 3 separate runs with the sheet holder(s) printed vertically at a slower speed with a 2mm brim, This iteration can support up to 5 holders. Support shafts should be printed lying down so the layers are perpendicular to the force being applied to them.

Assembly and Installation

Pick the location for your holder and ensure at least 17 cm’s clearance above for steel sheets.

Insert bottom shafts (shorter shafts) into Lower Support wall mount.

Mark hole locations on wall using Lower mount as a guide.

Measure 12cm’s from top of Lower mount and make a line, this line will mark top of the upper mount (see pics).

After attaching the upper mount to the wall, insert sheet holder onto lower mounts and slide/gently hammer upper shafts (longer shafts) into upper mount holes until shafts are flush with top of mount.

Notes on installation,
Most residential walls are not square, tighten the two screws on the wall mount but be very careful not to over tighten the single screw as it could crack the wall mount.
