Steel Cover Chamber for water meter is fabricated from robust steel angles and SHS which are fully welded. The top cover made from SHS 40x40x4 and 6 mm thick chequered plate are welded and robusting the structure with dia 27 mm tube jacket for strengthen the top cover, furthermore top cover also support with SHS 40x40x4 which enhance the load bearing capacity and protect from deformation.It’s has one more feature to protect the logo plate from theft, its welded with bottom which is minimize the theft probability. It’s also have feature to protect the hinge bolt from rust through the use of 316L fasteners and fasteners are inserted into the G.I bush.
