My master thesis project involved creating an innovative e-bike concept that features a rear hub electric motor and a front triangle housing for batteries and other electronic devices. The bike's frame is designed using Solidworks 3D sketch and constructed with welded steel, utilizing profile dimensions from Reynolds tubing. For improved performance on various terrains, the hardtail has a strong geometry that accommodates a 150 mm suspension fork, capable of handling heavy battery packs and powerful motors. It also includes Paragon Machine Works sliding dropouts with a belt drive option and is compatible with B+ wheels (Schwalbe Super Moto-X 2.8"). Enjoy!
