This is a compact mounting bracket specifically designed for the Steba SV 50 Sous Vide. Simple in its design, this mount enables you to seamlessly integrate the Steba sv 50 into a larger box, such as a Styrofoam container. This makes it ideal for cooking larger quantities of meat. For those unfamiliar with the product, the Steba sv 50 is a slow cooker that produces exceptionally tender and flavorful meat results. I designed this mount with four perimeter supports to enhance its structural integrity and overall stability.
