In July 2010, the PT-17 model received an update that included new wings, enhanced textures, and additional features. This meticulously crafted model boasts a near-scale radial engine and is fully textured for accuracy. The propeller has been improved for greater detail, while an instrument panel has also been added. Moreover, air suction horns and pitot tubes are now included. The PT-17 is available in various formats. This iconic aircraft served as a primary trainer during World War II across multiple service branches. Known for its simplicity, affordability, durability, and stability, the Stearman biplane was widely produced both before, during, and after the war. Many were later sold to the surplus market where they found new life in various roles such as flight trainers, patrol aircraft, crop dusters, and personal planes. Some have been modified for aerobatic displays at air shows, with a number still flying today and cherished by their owners.
