The PT-17 model was upgraded in July 2010 with enhanced details, new wings, better textures, and more features. The model is built almost to scale and includes a meticulously crafted radial engine. Fully textured and highly accurate, it also boasts a detailed propeller and an added instrument panel. Air suction horn and pitot tube are also incorporated in the design. Available in various formats, this aircraft was used during World War II for basic flight training by numerous military branches. The Stearman biplane featured simple construction and a powerful radial engine, making it cost-effective, durable, and stable. Thousands were manufactured and served before, during, and after the war. Post-conflict, many were sold at surplus markets, transitioning into civilian hands for use as flight trainers, patrol aircraft, crop dusters, and personal planes. Some were even modified for aerobatic performances in air shows. Today, numerous PT-17s still grace the skies, cherished by their owners.
