Several designs featuring various gear teeth configurations are included. These models offer an easy and straightforward print for the Echo Dot v2 enclosure. Minimal support is recommended for the USB port opening to ensure a smooth printing process. The idea behind this creation was inspired by my previous LED base project, where I aimed to enhance the plain Echo device's appearance. As someone who appreciates gears and mechanical movements, I thought this design would be a great addition to my printed collection. This print may take some time to complete, but it is relatively simple with no overhanging features or angles greater than 45 degrees, except for the area surrounding the USB input. In this case, support is highly recommended unless your printer can bridge the space without issue. Adding support will result in a cleaner finish and requires only a small amount of material. Once printed, the Echo Dot simply slides into place.
