Print one copy each of "Optimized Queen.stl" and "Optimized Base.stl". Next, glue together the two halves of the queen and the two halves of the gear. After that, slide the gear onto the shaft attached to the heart of the queen. You can then place the second half of the heart over the gear. If necessary, drill out the center of the gear as it is modeled large but prints smaller for me.
