Steampunk Dwarf personal Harpoon

A buddy discovered only a solitary light skyhook bit in the AoS steam dwarf infantry box. I designed an alternative bit for him using Fusion 360, which turned out much better than anticipated. Unfortunately, there are no suitable arms in the box to hold the harpoon, and my attempts at crafting some failed miserably. While having the bit is still preferable to nothing, it would be fantastic if someone could rig up arms that fit around the dwarf torso, allowing him to properly wield the skyhook.
