As I did with Coaster No.6, I crafted this rack to display a copper wire look, printed at low resolution for authenticity's sake. This time around, the coasters were laid down in .33mm thick layers, while this new rack received .28mm thick ones, enhancing its precision. Print Settings Abound Printer of Choice I opted for my trusty Wanhao i3 Duplicator. Supporting Details Rafts Are a Must-Fix: I didn't bother. I took the liberty of excluding any Supports whatsoever. Printing Perfection The Resolution came out at an impressive .28mm, elevating the quality tenfold. The Infill Percentage measured at 30%, featuring Fast Honeycomb and Rectilinear designs. Additional Insights Here are my Printing Preferences: four layers thick, 4 perimeters done to perfection.
